What is PropTech?

PropTech is short for property technology. On a basic level, PropTech is the utilization of technology to overcome challenges in the real estate process and provide solutions for both consumers and industry professionals. There are different types of PropTech. Some are more well-known for consumer-use, but there are a host of platforms that real estate brokerages can use to implement efficient business practices.

How Is Tru Realty Using PropTech?

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Tru Realty uses Chime for our CRM. Chime is an all-in-one real estate solution platform that offers CRM, IDX, team management, lead generation, and much more. They also just launched their new customized website solution, which Tru Realty offers to all its agents!

Real Estate Back Office Management Software

Chime also integrates with Brokermint, which is a tool with many advantageous features that help reduce the amount of time our real estate agents spend on administration duties. Brokermint automates common administrative tasks that can take up a significant part of your day as a realtor. It also allows agents to open escrow with JetClosing with a tap of a button. Tru Realty is working daily on new integrations that will free up valuable time so you can have more meaningful interactions with your clients!

VR Home Tours and Services

Tru Realty recently launched a partnership with Ogulo, a German-based company that helps agents facilitate 360-degree virtual tours, share floor plans and interact with buyers and sellers. This also opens up the opportunities for a buyer who may be long distance to attend home showings virtually. It’s a great tool for the issues we are facing today!

Open House Platform

One of the many perks of being a Tru Realty agent is a premium account with PRE Open House. PRE Open House is an app that offers buyers a comprehensive place to find open houses and allows agents to schedule open houses all in one place. PRE Open house is the first platform that gives consumers direct access to the open houses and listing agents.
