In order to be successful in real estate, you need a great deal of things. Brokerages provide some of those things, you provide the others. At Tru Realty we want to provide our team with a strong brand position, a positive work culture, a proprietary CRM platform and one other THING that other’s don’t have: COACHING.
Coaching is a big difference for our brokerage as we assign you a mentor and an accountability coach.
An accountability coach essentially makes certain that you do all of the things you need to do to take you from a struggling newbie to a confident, seasoned real estate veteran. This person will keep you on track to achieve your goals. Your accountability coach at Tru will help you to create an agenda. They then keep you to that agenda so nothing slips through the cracks. He or she will give you friendly reminders regarding your business plan to make certain you are hitting your monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
Invest In Your Success
Whereas selling real estate is not rocket science, it’s no walk in the park either. You must have a strong work ethic and self-determination. It’s also valuable to work with a brokerage that is invested in your success.
Realtors who have taken advantage of our accountability coaching have shown measurable results. We meet in person each month to make sure that everyone is staying on track with their daily workload, sales goals, and lead generation. Oh and even though it sounds like work, we do everything possible to make accountability coaching both fun and educational.
I pride myself on being a hard worker and a self-starter. It has fueled my growth both personally and professionally. I want to be able to make sure you have the same type of guidance that I was fortunate enough to receive early in my career. Our industry is not getting any less competitive … do everything you can to be better. I promise you, it will pay off.
At Tru Realty, we invest in our people and it shows.
