This division is thriving and looks to have even more upside in the future. Currently, we are purchasing 20-60 homes per month and selling them off to investors and other buyers. We open this inventory up to our agents for what can be a great money-saving opportunity for our clients.
Tru Vacation Rentals
This is our newest division that allows our clients to realize their dream of having a second home in a highly desirable location. Oftentimes, these investments require property management assistance that helps our clients to keep these properties occupied in order to maximize the value they bring to an owner. Our agents are not only adept at finding great properties, but they are also experts on helping their clients with platforms like Airbnb, HomeAway, and VRBO.
