As business owners, we are taught to constantly look ahead, be prepared, alter strategies and perfect our tactics. The end of the year is a time to make changes and forge forward with new refined growth strategies.
However, before we go forward, I want to take this opportunity to look back.
2018 was a phenomenal year for our agents and for us as a brokerage. We are a company that is seeing exponential growth for the last three years, including record growth in 2018. As of September, we had completed more transactions than all of 2017.
Why Tru Realty Experienced a Successful Year
There are numerous reasons that I can point to that have propelled us to where we are today.
Tru Realty is recognized as a dominant brokerage in our industry due to the high level of service we provide our agents and the most comprehensive training curriculum in the State of Arizona. Our new agents are significantly more prepared to provide their clients with an extraordinary client experience than new agents at other brokerages. That says a lot in a market that has the highest degree of brokerage saturation in the country. We add about four new agents a month, with 90% of them having their first deal in escrow within three months of completing our training program.
We are recruiting several seasoned agents to our brokerage each month. They are drawn to the investment we continue to make in our brand, our culture, and the commitment to treat competitors with the respect and cooperation. Seasoned agents also see the benefit of our discounted technologies that assist them in growing their business and providing their clients with extraordinary customer service. We value our seasoned agents as they bring even greater notoriety to our brand while serving as tremendous mentors for our new agents.
We offer some of the best commission splits in the market. Our full-service brokerage provides support at a fraction of the cost of traditional brokerage models. This is how we attract talent and keep our agents happy.
We are a tech-forward brokerage that’s poised to compete in our ever-changing industry. 2018 was the year we completed the first ever Ethereum recorded blockchain transaction in the State of Arizona and the third transaction to be executed in the United States. We will continue to differentiate our brand and stay ahead of market trends by utilizing blockchain technologies to perpetuate our global reach for both buyer and seller who use fiat or cryptocurrencies.
I know that it may sound like I’m bragging, and perhaps I am. I know our success is due to the efforts of many wonderful people and partnerships that we’ve forged these past few years.
