Clients are the unique component of any real estate deal.

Your home buyer and home seller will have goals that can be highly congruent or highly divergent. They will also possess unique personalities, communication styles, backgrounds, ethnicities, and more. The ability to bring these goals, personalities, and other factors together with strong client communication is unique to Tru’s training and mentorship program for Realtors.

Client communication is enhanced with experience. Having spent many years as a top-producing real estate agent and having been involved in literally thousands of transactions, I can attest to the many challenges that a particular client may bring to a given transaction.

Mastering client communication styles to help influence a buyer or seller to do what’s ultimately right for them is both an art and a science.
