Staying Tru To Your Real Estate Branding

Founded in 2010, Tru Realty was a labor of love for me personally. It was important for me to create a Phoenix real estate brokerage that would serve as a foundation for the real estate business that I became adept at through a lot of hard work, some luck and a few mistakes that helped me to learn exactly what I needed to do to be successful.

What I didn’t know at the time was that I wasn’t just starting a company, I was launching a real estate brand. It would take me a few years of more hard work, more luck and thankfully, a lot fewer mistakes to establish Tru as the leading real estate company it’s become in the past few years.

That leading brokerage represents what has now become the Tru Realty brand. Our real estate brand is not just our logo, our website, our contemporary office, our client-centric approach or the superior training and mentorship that we provide our realtors. It’s really all of the above and more.

Real Estate Branding Benefits More Than Just Brokerage

We recently had our ad agency give our team a presentation on branding. I think it gave us all a healthier understanding of branding and the role it plays in our day-to-day operations. When our agents embrace our brand and what it represents, it benefits every single one of us at Tru Realty. Perpetuating our brand reinforces all of the positives that our clients should experience when doing business with us. It also enhances the perceptions that our prospective clients might have before they choose to do business with us, thus making them more likely to choose us over our competition.

When you think about it on a deeper level you start to realize as a real estate agent your brand is in your everyday behavior, the service you provide to your clients, and the consistent and authentic message that you put out the public to help them service their real estate needs.

That is the “Tru” definition of branding.

Building Branding Going Forward

For our valued real estate agents, you’ll see us continuing to put more of an emphasis on the Tru Realty brand for the benefit of all of us.

For our clients, staying “Tru” to our brand means you’ll continue to get the very best real estate experience each and every time you engage with one of our agents.

As the designated broker and principal of Tru Realty, I vow to provide our employees, agents, and vendors with a brand that puts the proper emphasis on what truly matters … our clients.
