The Tru Realty brand has staked an innovative position in the crowded and competitive industry that is the Phoenix real estate marketplace. We are constantly striving to attract real estate professionals who will immerse themselves in our culture and utilize our advanced technology to provide a favorable real estate experience to our valued clients. 2017 was a year of significant growth for Tru Realty. This growth will require us to develop leaders that will become an important component to our continued success into 2018 and beyond.
I will be looking internally for the leaders we seek. I feel we have a talented pool of Scottsdale real estate agents that have embraced our culture and show a strong understanding of what is needed to continue our current growth trajectory. Looking within also affords us the ability to perpetuate our brand message with someone who has already immersed themselves with what we look to accomplish as a leading real estate brokerage in Arizona.
